Text — Roots
The way Arabic works is that every word has a root of normally three letters. For example, س ف ر are the letters for the roots for words like “to visit,” “ambassador,” “passport.” These three letters together in that order have a theme of traveling.
Sometimes I think it would be cool if people were like that. Like, oh, you’re [name]? No wonder you’re so approachable. You’re [name]? Standoffishness suits you. It’s in your nature.
